Where have I been all week? Right here. Staring at a blank computer screen. I have been in a serious funk. I cannot write anything when I feel this way. I could try, but believe me, we would both regret the effort. It's depressing and no one wants that.

It has been a week of ups and downs. Such is life, I suppose. I have realized, yet again, I can take the most positive things, analyze them to the nth degree and turn them negative. It's a gift.

I said to a friend, "I tend to over analyze." She responded in a searing, mocking tone, "Really? I hadn't noticed."

I'll have some therapy this weekend (i.e. girl talk, rum ice cream and Harrison Ford movies) and by Monday I'll be back in the swing of things. I hope. If not, be standing by with a cell phone, some rum ice cream and a DVD of Regarding Henry.
