Jason and I have decided to use our savings (set aside to finish the dining room) for a road trip! We're off to Atlanta September 22 to see Dwight Yoakum! I'm psyched! Yoakum is one of our favorite artists and we've never seen him in concert.

What of the half-finished dining room? The bare floors? The naked windows? The unpainted walls? They can wait. Dwight cannot.

We'll drive the 5 1/2 hours to Atlanta, enjoying each other's company, talking, singing with our favorite songs to the top of our lungs, playing a little air guitar. Who knows? We might stop along the way and enjoy a sandwich...
