I could write pages and pages about the people I spent my weekend with. People who in so many ways influence my life. I made some new friends, met some friends face-to-face for the first time and held on to others so tightly because I knew this would be the last time for a long time.

A wise person once told me, "It might serve us all to become blind." We all have prejudices. The internet sometimes allows us to get past those. I deeply care for people I might never have noticed in person. I'm ashamed to say that, but I'm afraid it's true. God has gifted me greatly with these friendships. I will do my best to honor his gift with the love and care it warrants.
