Gene Roddenberry, creator of all things Star Trek, once told this story. In the second season of the original series the supporting actors wanted a raise. The production couldn't afford a raise. Instead of money for the actors, they promoted the characters. Each supporting character was given a higher-ranking title. The actors backed off on their salary demands. In that same thought line....today my bosses will bring me gifts. :D All the cards will say Happy Administrative Professionals' Day. I will smile.
